Cancellation & Refunds: For Self-Paced Learning

If you are dissatisfied with the course, you must request a refund within three days of purchasing it. The money-back guarantee is void if the participant has accessed more than 25% of the content or downloaded the data or ebook. Any refund request beyond 3 days of purchasing the course will not be accepted, and no refund will be provided.

How to request a refund?

To request a refund or cancellation, contact us at support@houseofbookkeepers.net with your email address and order number (if the order number is there).

When and how we issue refunds:

Upon determining that a cancellation or refund is due to you under these terms, we will issue the refund or cancellation within 7-10 days.

If you are entitled to a refund, we will refund you on the credit card or debit card used by you to pay for the product or service.
